Job summary

KnowBe4, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives within the Business Operations Division.

You will mentor junior PMs, drive enterprise-wide programs, and develop EPMO standards and governance frameworks to deliver projects at scale. The role requires deep experience managing large-scale programs, navigating ambiguity, and achieving alignment with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing technical projects and M&A integration initiatives.
• PMP certification or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels including executives.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and mentor others.
