Job summary

Gifthealth seeks a Senior Product Manager, Strategic Client Programs to lead the product strategy for its largest enterprise accounts. You will own the program from client needs through to what engineering ships, partnering with client success, engineering, and platform product.

You are a senior individual contributor with strong communication, meticulous specs writing, and a passion for aligning platform capabilities with bespoke client outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience, including enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to write specs with context, requirements, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
• Strong client-facing credibility and ability to run executive meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own client product vision and shape the program with the client.
• Synthesize client needs into clear problems and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to write specs and prioritize work.
• Communicate feasibility and guide value-driven trade-offs.
• Partner with client success and platform product to align on outcomes.
• Define success metrics and report progress to client and internal teams.
