Job summary

CHG Healthcare seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive commercialization and growth for the Client Solutions portfolio. You will bridge Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure differentiated market offerings and impactful messaging across executive buyers and clinicians.

You will lead go-to-market initiatives, enable sales teams, and collaborate with Brand, Digital, and Demand Generation to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Management Consulting, or related roles.
• Experience in healthcare, staffing, SaaS, marketplace platforms, or digital health.
• Proven experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies for complex solutions, services, technology products, or healthcare offerings.
• Demonstrated success creating positioning, messaging, and value propositions that drive customer engagement and business growth.
• Experience conducting market research, customer discovery, competitive analysis, and buyer insights programs.
• Proven success developing sales enablement programs that improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Experience partnering across brand, digital, channel, social, and demand generation marketing functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define market strategy and capture customer insights for the Client Solutions portfolio.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for client offerings.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and launch plans for new solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, and ROI tools.
• Monitor solution performance and drive ongoing improvements to packaging and positioning.
