Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4–6 years of product management experience.
- Proficiency with AI/ML technologies and data-driven PM.
- Proven track record launching digital products.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance).
- Experience in agile environments managing backlogs in JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Gainsight).
- Ability to interpret healthcare data to inform product strategy.
- Experience partnering with legal or compliance teams during development.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
