Job summary

Alliance North America (ANA) in Henderson, NV seeks a Director of Enterprise Process Transformation to own end-to-end process design and governance across operations, HR, finance, IT, sales, and supply chain. Lead cross‑functional change, ensure system adoption, and unify ERP/CRM platforms for scalable growth.

The role requires directing enterprise architecture, integrating Dynamics 365 BC, Salesforce, and Power BI, with a focus on data quality and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, information systems, or related fields.
• 10–15+ years leading enterprise process transformation, ERP architecture, and business operational systems implementation.
• Proven cross-functional change management across multiple departments and systems.
• Experience implementing or rescuing ERP/CRM transformations with governance and adoption focus.
• Strong alignment of ERP (Business Central) and CRM (Salesforce) with enterprise platforms.
• Ability to navigate resistance and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
• Experience in manufacturing or rapidly scaling companies preferred.
• Deep understanding of enterprise workflows across finance, operations, sales, supply chain, HR, and support.
• Translate business processes into system architecture across ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, system integrations, and enterprise reporting environments (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Map and document ANA’s core end-to-end workflows: Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacture-to-Ship, Inventory, Record-to-Report, Employee Lifecycle.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cross-department failure points.
• Design and govern enterprise systems: Dynamics 365 BC, Salesforce, Power BI, and related platforms.
• Establish governance for how processes are created, modified, and maintained.
• Evaluate impacts of departmental process changes on downstream operations and systems.
• Drive continuous process improvement through automation and standardization.
• Improve adoption of core platforms and ensure processes are correctly executed within systems.
• Provide guidance and training to support adoption of improved workflows.
