Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal, Planning Process to lead our integrated enterprise planning process, linking long-range planning, annual planning, strategic priorities, and in-year execution. This role partners with Corp FP&A to align investments and resources with business strategy.

You will design governance, templates, and decision criteria, translate priorities into actionable plans, and provide executives with analyses to support data-driven decisions across functions and product lines.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in enterprise strategy, planning, operations, or strategic finance in a SaaS company.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide planning cycles and coordinating inputs across functions.
• Experience linking long-range planning, annual planning, portfolio prioritization, and in-year performance management.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise planning process, governance, milestones and decision points.
• Translate priorities into planning frameworks, criteria, and data requirements.
• Analyze plans, identify inter-dependencies, surface gaps, risks, and trade-offs for investment decisions.
• Create executive-ready presentations and concise recommendations for senior leaders.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and document outcomes with accountability.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and measures based on feedback.
