Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal, Planning Process to design and lead our integrated enterprise planning process, connecting long-range planning, annual planning, strategic priorities, and in-year execution into one operating rhythm.

The role partners with Corp FP&A to align investments and resources, build executive-ready materials, and guide cross-functional planning discussions across product lines. MBA preferred; 10 years in SaaS enterprise planning is ideal.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in enterprise strategy or planning in a SaaS company.
• Experience coordinating inputs across functions and senior leaders.
• MBA preferred, consulting background welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end enterprise planning governance and milestones.
• Translate priorities into planning frameworks and analytical requirements.
• Analyze plans, identify dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Create executive-ready presentations and concise recommendations.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and document decisions.
• Continuously improve planning processes and tooling.
