Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal, Planning Process to design and lead an integrated enterprise planning cadence that aligns long-range strategy with annual and in-year execution. You will partner with Corp FP&A to connect strategy to investments, resources, and outcomes across functions.

You will synthesize inputs into executive-ready materials, guide cross-functional planning discussions, and continually improve processes, tools, and measures to enable data-driven decision making at the enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide planning cycles across multiple functions.
• Ability to connect long-range and annual planning with in-year performance management.
• Strong analytical skills to model scenarios, trade-offs, and investments.
• Executive communications and concise presentations for senior leaders.
• Proven collaboration with Corp FP&A and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end enterprise planning process, governance, milestones, and decision points.
• Translate enterprise priorities into planning frameworks, templates, decision criteria, and analytical requirements.
• Analyze functional and product plans, identify gaps, risks, and trade-offs to support investment prioritization.
• Create executive-ready presentations and concise recommendations for leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and document outcomes with accountable owners.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and measures via stakeholder feedback.
