Job summary

Talbots is seeking a Manager of Company Planning in Hingham, MA to drive enterprise-level financial and inventory planning across channels. You will develop, manage, and refine forecasts for sales, gross margin, inventory, and EBITDA, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to influence decisions.

The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

7-10+ years of retail planning, merchandising, financial planning, or related analytical experience.
Experience supporting omni-channel or multi-channel retail businesses preferred.
Strong understanding of retail financial metrics, inventory management, forecasting and planning processes.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead development and management of company-level financial plans: sales, gross margin, inventory and EBITDA forecasts across channels.
Maintain in-season weekly and daily forecasts based on trends and performance drivers.
Drive OTB forecasting and inventory strategies to meet financial goals.
Collaborate with Merch Planning to align top-down targets with bottom-up plans.
