Job summary

Timberland, Stratham NH, seeks a Manager of Integrated Business Planning to align demand, supply and financial targets across the Americas. You will lead IBP and S&OE, coordinating with Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance to move the business forward.

You'll build analytics, forecast monthly/quarterly, manage gross-to-net, and oversee inventory deployment. Use AI insights to drive action, and lead a collaborative team to improve revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in planning, business analytics, finance, supply chain, merchandising, or related fields.
• Proven record of driving business results and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBP and S&OE processes across the Americas to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting activities with commercial and finance teams.
• Manage gross-to-net forecasting and reporting, including promotional impacts and revenue drivers.
• Lead inventory trading discussions to optimize deployment and minimize excess stock.
• Provide insights to inform strategic planning and risk/opportunity analysis.
