Timberland in Stratham, NH, is seeking a Manager of Integrated Business Planning to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial goals across the Americas. The role drives IBP and S&OE, coordinating across Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize revenue and inventory productivity.

The position requires 7+ years in planning/analytics with strong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills; hybrid work three days per week from our NH HQ.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in planning, business analytics, finance, supply chain, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning and forecasting processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBP and S&OE processes aligning demand, supply, inventory, and financials.
• Own hindsight analysis, sell-out reporting, and marketplace analytics.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting activities.
• Lead inventory reviews with teams to ensure readiness and issue resolution.
• Develop analytical capabilities and build AI automation into processes.
• Support regional Long-Range Planning with insights and recommendations.
