Job summary

SageNet is seeking a Solutions Architect to provide pre-sales technical consulting and design support for enterprise managed network solutions. You will partner with Sales to understand customer needs, develop architectures, and communicate the business value of SageNet solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical pre-sales or solutions architecture experience.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise networking, routing, WAN concepts.
Experience translating business requirements into detailed network solutions.
Experience with large enterprise customers and complex environments.
Strong business acumen and ability to connect solutions to objectives.
Ability to lead technical discovery and communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, listening, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Lead pre-sales discovery and technical discussions to understand objectives and requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert on SageNet services, solutions, and equipment offerings.
Design comprehensive enterprise network solutions across LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Fiber, Cellular, and related technologies.
Perform technical and business due diligence on proposed solutions and feasibility.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and others to validate deliverability.
Develop solution documentation and cost/pricing components.
Communicate capabilities, value, and advantages of SageNet solutions to customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies and ROI considerations.
