Job summary

Performance Food Group in Englewood, CO is seeking a Manager, Network Services to lead the enterprise network strategy, oversee daily operations, and ensure reliability, performance, and security across data centers, WAN, and cloud. You will manage a team of network engineers and contractors, drive automation, evaluate new technologies, and partner with IT leaders to deliver high-quality network services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in progressively responsible leadership roles.

• Ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise network services.
• Evaluate and implement emerging network technologies.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and human error.
• Serve as a senior escalation point during critical network incidents.
• Design, implement, and support: SD-WAN, LAN, Data center networking, Wireless infrastructure.
• Ensure network reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and security.
• Implement and enforce network security policies and compliance requirements.
• Participate in security assessments and audits.
• Assist with budget planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network professionals and managed service partners.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to deliver high-quality network services.
