Merakey is seeking an Executive Director of Enterprise Strategy & Strategic Planning to translate enterprise strategy into disciplined planning and measurable execution. You will lead multi-year planning, align strategic initiatives, and report progress to executive leadership across regions.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, excellent communication, and proven ability to influence senior leaders across complex, multi-state organizations.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field.
Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Deep understanding of behavioral health and human services.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise strategic planning and multi-year roadmap development.
Align annual strategic initiatives across regions and affiliates.
Coordinate regional strategy integration and governance processes.
