Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to oversee the DOT's IT Shared Services across infrastructure, cybersecurity, end user services, and program support, supporting DOT headquarters and 200+ field offices.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive incident response, governance alignment, performance metrics, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable, secure, and mission-aligned IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 12+ years of enterprise IT operations experience with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Experience managing multitower IT service delivery in complex or federal environments.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure operations including Cloud hosting and Network services.
• Experience with ITIL-based processes and enterprise service management platforms.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple IT service towers including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end user services.
• Ensure reliable, secure IT services that align with DOT governance and federal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and Award Fee criteria.
• Oversee server hosting, networking, cloud operations, and system administration activities.
• Align cybersecurity operations with DOT requirements, including incident response and DR.
• Support end user services leadership across help desk, desktop, mobility, and lifecycle processes.
• Lead operational reporting, metrics, and KPI tracking; identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with DOT stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in governance forums, executive briefings, and planning sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and enterprise resiliency.
• Ensure documentation, processes, and procedures meet compliance and audit requirements.
• Prepare and present performance dashboards to contract leadership.
