Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Enterprise Architect to support the Department of Transportation's EITSS program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and extensive enterprise/solution architecture leadership experience.
• Proven experience designing and integrating complex enterprise systems, infrastructure, and networks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise operations, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in large-scale or federal IT environments and ITIL-based service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and standards for DOT's COE.
• Provide architectural oversight across EITSS service towers and governance processes.
• Lead design and standardization of infrastructure, cloud, and network architectures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to ensure security-by-design and compliance with DOT policies.
• Support cloud migration strategies and application modernization across DOT's distributed enterprise.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide guidance on tools and platforms.
