Job summary

Peraton seeks an Enterprise Operations Manager to support the Department of Transportation’s Enterprise IT Shared Services (EITSS) program. You will provide leadership across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, End User Services, and Program Support for DOT HQ and 200+ field offices in COE.

You will ensure reliable, secure IT services aligned with DOT requirements, lead performance metrics and governance forums, and drive continuous improvements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in enterprise IT operations, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-tower IT service delivery in complex or federal environments.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure operations including Cloud hosting, Network services, cybersecurity, and end user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership for day-to-day operations across all service towers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and attainment of service levels.
• Oversee server hosting, networking, connectivity, cloud operations, and system administration activities.
