Job summary
PODS is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Information Architect to lead analysis and design of the company’s information architecture. You will shape the enterprise data strategy, partner with business and technology teams, and deliver IA blueprints aligned with the company’s growth and digital experience vision.
The role requires hands-on experience with data modeling, data governance, ETL, and modern analytics platforms, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale data solutions across
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in computer science, system analysis or related study.
- Minimum of 12+ years of enterprise IT experience in data architecture, database design or BI.
- 7+ years’ experience as a Data Architect.
- Expert knowledge with MDM, BI, data warehouse design and implementation techniques.
- Experience with ETL, data governance and data integration.
Responsibilities
- Understand business drivers and capabilities to drive architectural designs.
- Document strategic standards for enterprise architecture across platforms.
- Partner with IT and business teams to inform on Information Architecture.
- Oversee mapping of architecture models to vendor solutions.
- Ensure data needs are realized through enterprise information architecture.
- Document infrastructure environment to keep it cost effective and high quality.
- Blueprint data architecture with multi-year transition plans.
- Design data flows and data models for analytics and reporting.
- Lead governance of data standards and metadata management.
