Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study.
• Minimum of 12+ years of enterprise level experience in data architecture, database design, or BI.
• 7+ years’ experience as a Data Architect.
• TOGAF or ZF certification is a plus.
• Expert knowledge with MDM, BI, data warehouse design and implementation.
• Experience with middleware, ETL, master data hub, and SOA design and delivery.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and Azure/Data Lake/Snowflake.
• Familiarity with ERWin for data models (OLTP/OLAP).
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Understand business drivers and capabilities to drive architectural designs.
• Document strategic standards for enterprise architecture across platforms.
• Partner across IT and business teams to inform information architecture.
• Oversee mapping of IA models to application models and vendor solutions.
• Ensure data and information needs are realized through IA.
• Document infrastructure architecture environment and procedures for cost efficiency.
• Blueprint data architecture with multi-year transition plans.
• Maintain enterprise-wide view of data across business systems.
• Champion data management capabilities such as MDM, metadata, analytics and data governance.
