Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare seeks a Program Coordinator for the enterprise cybersecurity program in Memphis. You will coordinate governance, policy, documentation, and third-party engagements, while supporting the CISO and leadership with dashboards and board-level reporting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, privacy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 3 years of admin, executive support, or program coordination experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership in regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate governance, meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up.
• Assist in drafting, formatting, and maintaining policies, standards, and reports.
• Prepare executive and board-level presentations and dashboards.
• Manage departmental budgeting, vendor onboarding, and contract routing.
• Organize cybersecurity program materials and records.
• Support CISO and leadership with travel planning and calendar management.
• Collect and analyze operational data for governance and reports.
• Maintain confidential information with discretion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
