Confidential in Houston seeks an experienced Cybersecurity & Compliance Manager to lead protection of our digital infrastructure, patient-facing platforms, and sensitive behavioral health data. This leader will drive enterprise cybersecurity strategy, cloud security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across a multi-state healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, cloud risk management, GRC, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in behavioral health, telehealth, or a highly regulated environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide cybersecurity strategy to protect sensitive behavioral health information and patient-facing platforms.
• Architect and maintain the security and compliance roadmap across AWS, Azure, and M365 environments.
• Lead cybersecurity compliance efforts for HIPAA, HITECH, SOC 2, HITRUST, NIST, and other healthcare privacy/security requirements.
• Oversee incident response, vulnerability assessments, security monitoring, and breach notification workflows.
• Lead third-party and vendor risk assessments and external audits.
