Job summary

DataVisor is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with enterprise clients, driving ROI through advanced fraud detection, AML compliance, and operational optimization. You will lead engagements across Fortune 500 accounts in FinTech, Banking, and E-commerce, applying expert guidance on maximizing value from our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, advising on ML models and rules engines, and driving opportunities to reduce fraud and money laundering

Qualifications

3+ years in fraud strategy, risk analytics, customer success, or fraud operations in relevant industries.
Experience with ML-based detection systems and/or rule engines for fraud prevention.
Strong SQL skills and ability to explore data with Python or R.
Excellent communication and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

Act as primary advisor for enterprise customers, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and sustained value.
Guide clients on maximizing ROI via fraud detection, AML compliance, and operational optimization.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address customer needs and drive product improvements.
Monitor performance metrics, conduct business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
Educate clients on best practices for platform usage and fraud/AML strategies.
