Skill seeks a Lead Fraud Analytics Implementation Manager to evaluate, optimize, and deploy advanced fraud detection models within a large financial ecosystem. You will bridge data science with business execution, evaluating multiple ML models and navigating MRM governance to secure approvals and deployment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and align stakeholders including external partners (e.g., Mastercard) while ensuring seamless integration of model scores into fraud

Qualifications

• Hands-on ML knowledge and ability to evaluate models
• Experience navigating MRM governance and approvals
• Strong analytics with large transaction/risk data
• Proven multi-stakeholder project delivery

Responsibilities

• Model Evaluation & Optimization: Benchmark, evaluate, and test fraud models; assess performance, impact, and ROI.
• Implementation & Governance: Lead end-to-end deployment and obtain approvals with MRM.
• Technical Project Management: Direct cross-functional roadmaps for data science, infra, and rules updates.
• Rules & Detection Strategy: Integrate model scores into fraud rules and payment flows.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate between data science, external partners, MRM, and business risk executives.
