DataVisor Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with Fortune 500 clients in FinTech, Banking, and E‑commerce. You will drive ROI by leveraging fraud detection, AML compliance, and operational optimization across a growing SaaS platform.

Responsibilities include monitoring model performance, advising on ML and rules engine usage, and coordinating with Product and Engineering to ensure client success and value realization.

Qualifications

3+ years in fraud strategy, risk analytics, customer success, or fraud operations.
Strong SQL and Python or R skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic partner to enterprise clients across FinTech, Banking, and E‑commerce.
Monitor detection system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Advise on best practices for ML models, rules engine, and device intelligence signals.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product and Engineering to address customer needs.
Support quarterly business reviews and opportunities for expansion.
Educate clients on fraud/AML strategies to maximize ROI.
Represent the voice of the customer in internal roadmap discussions.
