Job summary

Trebellar, Inc. is seeking an experienced real estate and workplace practitioner to join as a forward deployed consultant after implementation. You will help customers operationalize Trebellar and integrate it into planning, analysis, and real estate decision-making.

You will design workflows, build planning scenarios, and deliver knowledge transfer that scales. This builder role will help define engagement models, templates, and best practices to accelerate value and deepen adoption, working

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate real estate and workplace analytics.
• Experience designing or improving operational workflows in large enterprises.
• Experience with enterprise customers in consulting or advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' real estate planning and decision processes, embedding Trebellar into workflows.
• Design and implement workflows across Portfolio Planner, Explorer, AI, and reporting.
• Build planning scenarios, dashboards, AI prompts, and customer-specific solutions.
• Help customers adapt processes, governance, and operating rhythms for the platform.
• Turn one-time projects into repeatable operational workflows.
• Own delivery of assigned customer workstreams and translate objectives to solutions.
• Coordinate with CSM, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to remove blockers.
• Balance multiple engagements while maintaining quality and partnership.
• Define engagement scopes, delivery, and measurement for Forward Deployed Consulting.
