Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in BI, reporting architecture, analytics strategy, or enterprise data design.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise reporting solutions in BI and visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead, and maintain the enterprise reporting strategy, vision, and standards for reporting and analytics solutions.
• Design and implement a cohesive reporting ecosystem integrating multiple platforms, tools, and data sources.
• Lead the design of a scalable reporting ecosystem to support executive dashboards, operational reporting, self-service analytics, and performance management.
• Translate strategy and architecture into tangible reporting solutions through hands-on report and dashboard design and development.
• Establish architectural patterns for semantic layers, data models, dashboard frameworks, KPI standardization, and metadata management.
