Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related senior technical leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience leading architecture for large-scale, enterprise transformation or integration initiatives.
Proven track record operating as a senior individual contributor, influencing strategy and outcomes without direct line management.
Experience working within complex, global, matrixed organizations.
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, data, integration, and cloud technologies in a regulated or large-enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Define, evolve, and govern Waters' enterprise architecture across business capabilities, applications, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, and security.
Translate business strategy into actionable target state architectures and multiyear roadmaps.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders on complex tradeoffs.
Guide architectural decisions across ERP, commercial platforms, data, integration layers, and infrastructure.
