Job summary

Prime Team Partners is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Architect to join a centralized architecture organization supporting a large-scale manufacturing and operations environment in Seattle.

The role leads enterprise technology strategy, standards, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, data, and applications. You will partner with business and technology leaders to align investments with long-term objectives, influence executive decisions, and guide technology

Qualifications

• Experience as Enterprise/Principal/Solution Architect or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise technology strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving consensus across organizations.
• 10+ years of experience across ERP, supply chain, manufacturing operations, data & analytics, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with architecture governance and portfolio planning.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise technology strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Align technology investments with business priorities and operational objectives.
• Evaluate current capabilities and identify modernization opportunities.
• Communicate architecture direction, trade-offs, dependencies, and investments to stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders, engineering, security, and operations teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance; mentor architects and technology leaders.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
