Job summary

Subway is seeking an Enterprise Architect to help business and IT leaders balance current operational demands with long-term strategic goals. Expertise in finance and ERP platforms will drive innovation and efficiency across our corporate technology landscape.

As a strategic leader, you will define the technology strategy, develop standards, roadmaps and best practices, and guide the Architecture Review Board to ensure alignment with target-state models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in development or management.
• Experience across legacy, on-premise, web, cloud, and SaaS architectures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, or Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps.
• Develop standards and guidelines for IT delivery.
• Coordinate with IT domain teams to align to target architectures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive architectural decisions.
• Govern architecture reviews and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to balance value and risk.
