Job summary

NAIS seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to guide operations, maintenance, and design services for a government contract. You will align IT strategy with business goals and maintain critical enterprise systems.

The role focuses on architecture blueprints, cloud and security governance, and leadership across engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture or senior IT leadership.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud, security, and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture blueprint aligned with IT strategy.
• Lead architecture across major systems design and integration.
• Provide SME guidance in computer system design and networking.
• Evaluate and select optimal solutions balancing project needs with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards and security protocols.
• Provide leadership to development teams to maintain architectural integrity.
