• Experience with enterprise applications such as CAD, RMS, ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preference for experience with SQL, database management, or PM of projects.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (requirements, design, user manuals).
• Configure and customize enterprise applications to meet business needs.
• Conduct system testing with test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with peers and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in project planning, estimates, and timelines.
• Stay updated with trends in enterprise applications.
• Participate in on-call rotation and meet work attendance expectations.
