Job summary

Siemens Intelligence Center X is seeking a Solution Architect to lead technical delivery across enterprise platforms. You will drive architecture definition, governance, and end-to-end integration of applications, data, AI, and workflows with customer outcomes in mind.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, maintain design coherence, and ensure compliance with Siemens standards while communicating clearly with stakeholders and guiding technical decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business needs into an executable solution approach.
Own the technical integrity of the complete solution across Siemens and customer teams.
Author architecture documents, data models, and implementation guidance.
Define non‑functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability.
Coordinate activities across build, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Mentor consultants and maintain alignment with established architectural decisions.
