Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development is seeking a strategic Manager of Enrollment Partnerships to grow a portfolio of partnerships driving enrollment and curricular impact. You will pursue revenue-generating opportunities with school districts, corporations, nonprofits, and international institutions, building scalable relationships.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Assistant Dean of Executive Affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of professional experience in business development, partnership development, relationship management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience identifying, cultivating, and securing new business or partnership relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and partnerships in various stages of development.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within and across teams.
• Comfort negotiating and developing financial and legal agreements and contracts.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy for identifying enrollment partnerships locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, including B2B partnerships and international education initiatives, from outreach to signed agreement.
• Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with Wheelock's priorities and engage prospective partners.
• Evaluate viability and impact of partnership opportunities using clear criteria.
• Craft value propositions and business cases to partner with BU Wheelock.
• Develop and refine partnership models to advance recruitment and curricular goals.
• Work with enrollment to develop recruitment strategies leveraging partnerships.
• Serve as primary contact for new opportunities and coordinate with colleagues.
• Develop and review partnership terms and agreements with College and university stakeholders.
• Ensure partnerships have a relationship manager and ongoing communication.
• Establish regular communication protocols with enrollment partners and assess health and growth.
• Coordinate with Marketing to highlight partnership activities and impact.
• Design systems to track partnerships and revise MOUs; maintain records.
