Job summary

Tulane University seeks an Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management to lead the Office of Enrollment Management for the Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine.

The role focuses on recruitment, admissions, scholarships, and marketing, guiding data-driven strategies to meet enrollment goals across master’s, doctoral, and professional programs while promoting diversity and student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in higher educational administration, student development, student personnel or related field with at least five years of enrollment management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in higher educational administration, student development, student personnel or related field with at least eight years of enrollment management experience.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Knowledge of graduate public health education or public health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment management including recruitment, admissions, scholarships, and marketing.
• Forecast enrollment, analyze data, and develop strategies based on quantitative analysis.
• Collaborate with academic affairs, departments, faculty, marketing, student affairs, financial aid, and university leadership.
• Oversee admissions operations, recruitment initiatives, enrollment analytics, and prospective communications.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, admissions regulations, and related policies.
