Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Enrollment and Forecasting Analyst (Analyst level) or Senior to join the Strategic Finance team in a hybrid role across multiple US offices, including Portland, OR and nearby markets. You will analyze enrollment results and product performance, generate monthly reports, and support senior leadership with data-driven forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or equivalent and 3+ years job-related experience (Analyst)
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or equivalent and 7+ years job-related experience; Master’s preferred (Senior)

Responsibilities

• Analyze enrollment results and product performance for strategic decision making.
• Develop monthly enrollment and product forecasts and support quarterly planning.
• Prepare data-driven analyses and reports for internal stakeholders and regulators.
• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Finance and Marketing on cross-functional projects.
• Mentor junior analysts on data validation and analytics best practices.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and develop materials for presentations.
