Olin College of Engineering is seeking a Senior Director of Admission and Enrollment to lead the undergraduate admission function and shape enrollment strategy. You will partner with the CESEO, oversee budget, CRM workflows, and the admission calendar while actively reading applications and traveling for recruitment.

The role emphasizes broadening participation in engineering, building a high-performing team, and delivering enrollment outcomes at a small engineering college in Needham, MA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in undergraduate admission, enrollment management or similar.
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams.
• Fluency with admission CRM tools (Slate preferred).
• Strong quantitative, analytical and presentation skills.
• Commitment to broadening participation in engineering education.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year enrollment strategy with KPIs and plan execution.
• Oversee recruitment, outreach, and partnerships with colleges and programs.
• Manage budget, calendar, and CRM/SIS workflows.
• Read applications, calibrate readers, and ensure decision quality.
• Represent Olin in recruitment travel, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with CESEO and leadership on pricing and financial aid leverage.
