Teradyne in Agoura Hills, CA, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead multi-site, cross-functional programs delivering prototypes and products on time and within budget. You will guide plans, coordinate teams across engineering, operations, and marketing, and apply state-of-the-art project management tools to achieve business results.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, escalation of risks, and gate reviews, with opportunities to grow into broader program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience managing team in multiple geographic locations.
• Experience influencing and leading without direct authority.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site, multi-discipline cross-functional teams to define and deliver prototypes, demonstrations, and / or product, using various development approaches.
• Develop project plans, monitor execution, manage scope changes, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Negotiate trade-offs and commit to aggressive yet achievable outcomes to deliver business results.
• Escalate and drive resolution for issues outside the team’s control.
• Lead project and phase gate reviews with clear written and verbal communication to all stakeholders.
