Maxwood Furniture is seeking a strategic Engineering Manager, Data & Systems Integration to set architectural direction across Data Engineering and Systems Integration. You will guide teams, define standards, and partner with Product Owners to balance technical execution with business goals.

This leadership role focuses on Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platforms, REST API integrations, and scalable SaaS connections, while coaching engineers and shaping a high-performance culture at the

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, systems architecture, or related field.
• Experience setting technical architecture and leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on with cloud data warehouses, preferably Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling (star schema, medallion, dimensional modeling).
• Experience governing ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Proven leadership of third-party systems integration via REST APIs and iPaaS.
• 2+ years engineering management track record.

• Define architectural direction for Data Engineering and Systems Integration.
• Lead data platform design on Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
