Job summary

Strattec Security Corp. seeks a senior data architect to define and drive the organization's data architecture roadmap across Azure-based platforms, including SQL databases, Data Lake technologies, and Synapse Analytics.

You will lead the design of data pipelines, warehouses, and semantic layers supporting transactional and reporting needs. You will also connect ERP systems via APIs/EDI, automate business processes with Power Platform, and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Intelligence, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight years of experience involving data architecture, systems integration, analytics, or enterprise technology.
• At least three years leading technical professionals and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with cloud-based data ecosystems, especially Microsoft Azure services.
• Background integrating ERP solutions, with Infor CloudSuite Distribution exposure considered advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of API development, EDI, data movement frameworks, ETL/ELT.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, SQL, Python, Spark.
• Familiarity with SDLC, version control, QA, deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data architecture roadmap for enterprise platforms.
• Oversee design, maintenance, and optimization of data pipelines, warehouses, and semantic layers.
• Drive ERP connectivity through APIs, EDI, events, and workflow automation.
• Lead business process automation using Power Platform tools.
• Establish data integrity, security, compliance, lifecycle management, and standards.
• Set controls for monitoring, data retention, audits, and issue resolution.
• Mentor internal teams and coordinate with partners and vendors for project success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated data, reporting, and automation.
