Job summary

Zipline is seeking a highly organized, proactive Community Engagement Manager to lead cross-functional programs that support market readiness and launch activities. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate events, and develop clear external communications for residents, partners, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong planning, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while coordinating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, events, or external affairs.
• Experience creating stakeholder communications, newsletters, and public communications.
• Ability to manage multiple external-facing workstreams from concept to completion.
• Willingness to travel 20-40% with occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management for community engagement and market-launch programs.
• Plan and execute open houses, demos, briefings, tours, and local activations.
• Create stakeholder communications and materials explaining Zipline’s operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve external-facing risks.
• Track engagement and apply learnings to future launch plans.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure market readiness.
