St. Michael's Inc. is hiring a Strategic Engagement and Posture Planner for an onsite role at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. The position requires a Top-Secret clearance and 5+ years in Special Operations planning to support DoD strategic planning and theater posture products.

You will coordinate with USSOCOM and USNORTHCOM, develop TCPs/TPPs, and review guidance to shape SOCNORTH strategies. We offer competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 5+ years in Special Operations planning for real-world operations, exercises, and investments.
• Experience extracting guidance from national strategic documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with USSOCOM on Experimentation Program activities and related processes.
• Perform requirements analysis for SOCNORTH, coordinating with USNORTHCOM and USSOCOM.
• Contribute to planning for USNORTHCOM strategic planning, TCPs/TPPs and related products.
• Attend planning events and coordinate staff actions across locations via Telcons and VTCs.
• Review policy guidance (GEF, NSS, NDS, NMS) to develop SOCNORTH strategies.
• Address external taskings via TMS for USNORTHCOM/USSOCOM planning.
• Coordinate requirements identification and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate cross-TSOC coordination and information flow.
• Review internal SOCNORTH processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
