Job summary

SymphonyAI is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Manager to drive customer success and strategic outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise engagements. You will partner with Sales, Pre-Sales and Product to align on value, adoption and renewal, while guiding cross-functional teams through defined outcomes.

In this senior client-facing role you will own success plans, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and risk, and shape scalable LAER-based offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or consulting with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate needs into success plans and services.
• Experience with SaaS and on-premise projects.
• Knowledge of data/AI technologies and Agile delivery.
• PM governance, risk management, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities
