Job summary

SymphonyAI is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive customer success and value realization across the lifecycle, balancing adoption, health, and renewal with delivery excellence. You will oversee senior client engagements, partner with Sales and Product, and ensure profitability while building long-term relationships.

The role reports to the Head of Professional Services for the Americas and requires a track record in SaaS project delivery, stakeholder management, and outcome-based engagements

Qualifications

• Experience driving adoption, value realization and renewal across customer lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer needs into measurable success plans and services.
• Proven record delivering SaaS projects with high adoption and renewal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to design and deliver outcome-based success plans.
• Manage adoption, health metrics, renewal pipelines and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Product to enable growth.
• Estimate scope, develop statements of work and manage budgets.
