Job summary

Veeva in Boston is seeking an Engagement Manager within the Global Content Practice to help clients bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value.

You will lead end-to-end content engagements, manage large projects, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes for life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven leadership of large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Domain knowledge in Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review and Content Strategy.
• Analytical mindset with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; deep knowledge of Veeva products; SaaS/Tech-enabled consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale engagements.
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals and long-term strategy.
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, ensuring health and commercial success.
• Support brand-building activities and internal IP development.
