Job summary

Veeva is seeking a Consultant in Global Medical Consulting to help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure value across Vault Medical and related offerings.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Strategy and Marketing to optimize medical customers’ processes, enabling more efficient operations and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in Medical Affairs Operating Models, Medical Content Strategy, Medical Communications.
• Strong analytical mindset for quantitative and qualitative reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams end-to-end with high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants and oversee their development.
• Drive practice growth through business development and IP creation.
