Job summary

Community Wealth Partners seeks a Senior Engagement Lead for Learning and Evaluation in Washington, DC. The role focuses on growth of the Learning and Evaluation practice, client engagement, and conducting robust evaluations across social change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in research or impact evaluation, a Masters/PhD in a relevant field, and strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and visualization tools. Travel is required for client sites.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in the social sciences, public policy, or related field required.
• Experience with U.S. social sector organization clients, particularly foundations.
• Proven ability to design formative and summative evaluations in client contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and own relationships with clients.
• Lead and guide project teams in designing evaluations for large-scale initiatives.
• Develop logic models, evaluation frameworks, and analysis plans.
• Partner to grow the practice and market presence.
