Job summary

The Susan T. Buffett Foundation seeks a Senior Learning and Evaluation Officer to guide evaluation, measurement, and learning for its Global Programs in sexual and reproductive health and rights. The role centers on using data to inform strategy and communicate findings with credibility and impact.

The SLEO will integrate quantitative and qualitative methods, design innovative evaluation approaches, and build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong mastery of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodologies.
• Experience evaluating strategies beyond individual grants or programs.
• Proven ability to design and implement new evaluation approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on evaluation, measurement, and learning for Global Programs.
• Serve as a credible spokesperson for evaluation data.
• Contribute to conversations about implications of findings with Foundation colleagues and external partners.
