Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Seattle is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead large client programs and ensure superb service delivery.

You will meet with client executives and program managers to align priorities, manage escalations, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll own the engagement P&L, establish governance, and collaborate across service lines to present new offerings. A strategic partnership with clients is the goal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engagement and ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Meet with client executives and program managers to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Handle customer escalations and work with TCS teams to resolve issues on the service front.
• Be responsible for the engagement P&L and align to perform as per group goals.
• Set up the initial account governance framework, stabilizing the relationship and building trust.
• Coordinate with various service lines and business units to deliver the scope of work and present new offerings.
• Work with the Client Partner for pursuing business opportunities and position TCS as the strategic partner.
