Job summary

Stratacor, an affiliate of Delta Dental of Minnesota, seeks an Engagement Coordinator to partner with the EVP, Chief Impact Officer to manage and prioritize ongoing events for internal and external initiatives. You will provide administrative support and logistical coordination to ensure successful engagement, events and communications, including travel, scheduling, and vendor management as needed.

This role requires authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years of office experience.
• Administrative work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and coordinating events for the executive team.
• Draft communications to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate reservations, venues, A/V, catering, and travel arrangements.
• Arrange calendars, meetings, and expense reporting for the EVP.
• Maintain documentation for business initiatives and presentations.
• Prepare confidential materials and agendas for meetings.
