Job summary

Intapp in New York (Hybrid) seeks an Engagement Director, Strategic, a senior individual contributor on the professional services team to guide complex client engagements with executive stakeholders.

You will lead strategic client programs, drive governance and value realization across delivery efforts, and ensure solutions align with clients’ long-term objectives and industry context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise software implementations or strategic technology initiatives.
• Experience working with Global Am Law 50 clients.
• 8+ years in a technology-focused organization.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or other relevant program management certifications.
• Deep experience in the Legal Industry combined with legal software strategic client program management.
• Ability to establish credibility with executive and C-suite stakeholders through industry expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and trusted advisory to client sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Develop integrated program plans and governance to align projects and milestones.
• Oversee delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and value realization.
• Manage escalations, mitigate risks, and maintain executive relationships throughout engagements.
• Identify opportunities to expand client value and support strategic partnerships.
